Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (SAST)
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day

Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received

Delivery Timeframes

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 9 business days (including processing and transit)

Delivery Coverage

  • South Africa (nationwide): 4 to 9 business days

Please note: Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Shipping Fees

We aim to keep delivery simple and transparent:

  • Free tracked shipping on all orders over R1000 anywhere in South Africa
  • Orders below R1000 will incur a standard shipping fee
  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number
  • Tracking details are sent via email within 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • You can track your order via our website

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase

After this time:

  • Orders may already be processed or dispatched
  • Cancellation may not be possible

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa).

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Address changes may not be possible once an order is processed
  • Avestlo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages may be returned due to:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address
  • Failure to collect the parcel
  • Refusal of delivery

If a parcel is returned to us:

  • Reshipping may require an additional delivery fee

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather or operational disruptions
  • High-demand periods (e.g. October–December)

Risk and Delivery Responsibility

Delivery is considered complete when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
