How can I contact customer support?
You can reach our team by emailing us at support@avestlo.com. We're available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 17:00 PM (SAST), and aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Weekend Messages are answered the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver across The Republic of South Africa. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery on every order.
All order include a tracking number.
What are the shipping costs?
We aim to keep delivery simple and transparent:
- Free tracked shipping on all orders over R1000 anywhere in South Africa
- Orders below R1000 will incur a standard shipping fee
- All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4–9 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. Please note all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The estimated delivery time has expired. Where is my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link for any updates. If there's no movement or you're concerned, reach out to us at support@avestlo.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Is my payment data safe with you?
Yes, absolutely. All transactions on Avestlo are protected with advanced SSL encryption and are securely processed through our trusted payment provider YOCO. We are fully compliant with PCI DSS security standards, and we never store or share your full payment details. Your personal information is handled with the highest level of care and security.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. All payments are securely processed at checkout through our trusted payment provider and are charged in South African Rand (ZAR).

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@avestlo.com. Include your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Once we’ve verified the problem, we will arrange either a full replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at support@avestlo.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we will provide the correct return instructions.
